Events Coordinator - Hey there! My name is Angel Zhao and I'm a rising junior at Havergal College. Both in and out of school, I'm greatly involved within the fabrics of my community. At school, having participated in multiple opportunities, I'm the Astrology club head, a Curling D2 player, First Violinist in the orchestra, a GLLD member, a Duke of Ed participant, and an exchange ambassador. Outside of school, I display great tenacity and enthusiasm in all that I pursue, including my CASI levels as I teach at MSLM for my third year, my Equestrian Canada rider levels (which I'm currently level 6), 7 languages that I've been actively studying (English, French, Mandarin, Arabic, Spanish, Latin, and Abenaki), and linguistic insights (NACLO and SLIYS 1&2 participant). Additionally, I'm an integral member of my cozy cul-de-sac neighborhood, in which I babysit young kids and help feed and walk pets. I've also been a long time volunteer at Global Medic, where I pack food, and CARD, where I lead horses and guide disabled riders in their lessons. I have a profound motivation and love for an extremely diverse group of things that has enabled me to continue with all of my activities, and I aim to foster this same passion that is present at Acrozzi.
